About

Not character flaws. Signals.

Chronic stress, reduced performance, and disengagement are not signs of weakness or a poor attitude. They are signals. Signals that the nervous system is overloaded and under-supported.

Our approach

Most workplace stress programmes treat symptoms. We work with root causes. Our approach is grounded in clinical psychology and informed by Polyvagal theory and somatic regulation: understanding how the body holds and releases stress, not just how the mind processes it.

The goal is to move employees from a chronic high-alert state into one where they can think clearly, collaborate, and do their best work. We give them tools they own, not just sessions they attend.

How it works

Step 1: Risk Assessment

We start with a structured wellbeing assessment across your organisation. This maps current stress and burnout risk levels, identifies gaps in your existing approach, and gives us the information we need to design a programme that fits your team. You receive a written report with findings and recommendations.

The assessment also satisfies psychosocial risk evaluation requirements under workplace health and safety legislation in many countries.

Step 2: Programme delivery

Once the programme is in place, your employees access three ongoing services through their personal Renew State account:

  • Group Workshops (Tuesdays and Fridays): live online sessions covering nervous system regulation, mindful breathing, and mind-body connection.
  • 1:1 Coaching: confidential sessions with a qualified clinical psychologist, booked directly through the platform.
  • Resource Library: guided sessions and recorded webinars available on demand, any time, from any device.

Step 3: Measure and review

We track outcomes using standardised clinical scales and report back to HR with aggregate, anonymised data. You see participation rates and symptom reduction trends without ever seeing individual employee data. Confidentiality is total.

Who can access the programme

Access is granted through your company’s Renew State account. Once enrolled, employees receive login credentials and can immediately book sessions, join group workshops, and access the Resource Library. No waitlists. No referrals required.

Managers receive a separate dashboard with anonymised, team-level engagement data. Corporate HR has access to billing, employee management, and aggregate programme reporting.
