Group Workshops
Live sessions, built for real workplaces
Group Workshops are live online sessions open to all employees enrolled in an Renew State programme. They run twice weekly and focus on practical tools employees can use immediately, not theory they need to remember.
What sessions cover
- Nervous system regulation: understanding how chronic stress affects the body and how to shift out of a high-alert state
- Mindful breathing: breath-based techniques for managing stress in real time, at work and outside of it
- Mind-body connection: awareness practices that help employees recognise early stress signals before they escalate

Sessions are grounded in Polyvagal theory and somatic regulation principles, translated into accessible, practical exercises that work in a workplace context.
Schedule
Sessions run every Tuesday and Friday. All sessions are online and can be joined from any device. Recordings are not available by default to protect the group environment, but enrolled employees can access related content in the Resource Library.
What employees gain
Regular attendance builds a personal toolkit: techniques employees can draw on independently when under pressure. Our target is 80% session attendance across enrolled participants, and outcomes are measured using standardised clinical scales.
Sessions are available in both English and Spanish.
Disclaimer: Renew State provides resilience coaching. While techniques taught by our psychologists come from years of professional practice, our sessions are not clinical psychotherapy nor treatment.
